Jeremy worked with Andrew Waterhouse, President of the Kurrajong Heights RFS Brigade, Airdrie Martin, a committee member of the Historical Society and Stephen Fitzgerald to stop the pub development being approved.

A presentation was created which highlighted all the issues with proposed development and this was presented to a well attended meeting at the Kurrajong Heights Bowling Club.

We followed up with a detailed traffic study of the existing hotel at the Heights and Chris Hallam produced his analysis as part of a detailed objection he submitted.  This completely debunked the developers effort in this regard.

We also ran a coaching session at Stephen’s house to help people with their objections.

The result was a 160 objections … surely a record!
